"We are done. Took less than an hour including travel time. Thank you again for taking care of this for us. We really appreciate how things were handled and most of all getting it done before we missed out on the interest rate we were looking for. We got a rate less than 5 % and lowered our P&I by 199.81 a month. The overall payment is lower by $250. We are happy. We never met personally and that is the only negative in this transaction. I guess people will have to start getting used to doing business on the internet and taking care of business electronically. It is undoubtedly the wave of the future.
